The HY series hydraulic pressure buffer depends upon on the arrangement of throttle eyelet on the cylinder wall.The number of the throttle eyelet decrease as the cushion displacement increase. thus achieved uniform decelerates. The structure of hydraulic pressure buffer is compact.the attraction is great. also does not have the resilience.most greatly reduces the speed and under the cushion traveling condition in the guarantee of the smallest size.in the velocity is higher than 2m/s or on high quality hoist crane. suitably uses the hydraulic pressure buffer. 

PRINCIPLE

The structure of LQH-HY hydraulic pressure buffer is unilateral like chart 3, it contains the rams, the connecting rod, the spring, the cylinder cover, the piston, the cylinder jacket, the ledger wall and so on. When the relative motion object hits rams 1, rams through the connecting rod 2, causes migration piston 5 to the right, the liquor in the A chamber under the piston action, from the special arranged damping hole to the B chamber. As a result of the limited of the current capacity, the piston speed is also restricted, thus achieves the cushion functions. After the external force elimination, under the functions of spring 3, the piston restores to the initial position.
